Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
We do offer refunds! We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase from Domanique's. We work hard to provide high-quality items that our customer's love, but if you ordered something and it didn't meet your needs, you can return it for a 100% refund. Please note that if you have placed an order and it has been processed, it must be delivered and returned in order to receive your refund. You handle all requests for a refund through our refund/exchange portal. This will initiate the return, exchange and refund process.
When will I receive my items?
As we offer free shipping for all orders regardless of the price, we use the most cost effective shipping options available to us. Orders with free shipping are received within 6-8 business days after processing. If you would like your items shipped and received faster, we do offer an expedited shipping option for an additional fee. Most customers enjoy free shipping and find that the shipping times are acceptable.
How do I track my package?
Once we receive your order we'll begin preparing your package. We request a tracking number shortly after your order is placed so you have full visibility into where your items are. You can track your order from the time it leaves Domanique's until it arrives at your door with our online tracking portal.
