Thank you for visiting and shopping at Domanique’s. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Your order will be picked, packed and delivered to the local UPS / DHL / Fedex facility within those 2-3 business days. 

We will obtain a tracking number early and provide it to you or you can use our package tracking portal, however, it may take 2-3 days before that tracking number begins tracking the package.  This does not mean that the package has not been prepared, rest assured it is preparing to be on its way to you.

Each product detail page has an estimated shipment delivery date.  It is important that you understand when to expect your package.

If you need your items within 3-4 days of the time of the order, please do not place the order with us, it will not get there.

Free Shipping
We’ll automatically apply the free shipping on US orders at the checkout. Your order will be delivered approximately 6-8 days following the shipping confirmation. 

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping through DHL. You will receive your shipment within 3-5 days of the shipping confirmation for a flat rate of $15.00. This does not mean 3-5 days from the order date.  It is calculated at 2-3 days processing + 3-5 days shipping.  If you need the item within 3-4 days, please do not place the order.

Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Shipping Availability
Delivery is available in the US only. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, additional time required for delivery. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. P.O. box delivery is available.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online. 

Shipments can be tracked either using our order tracking portal, logging into your account and selecting your order, or in the email / SMS text message that is provided to you after your order has shipped.

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.
